When customers contact Vandoit most times they are wanting to purchase a dream Adventure Van, something to make memories with their families, much like buying their dream home. Using our proven sales process, Van Gurus are our team members who help them make that happen.

Responsibilities

· Work closely with customers to educate, coach, and counsel them thru the process of purchasing and designing their customized dream van.

· Follow up and communicate with current customers to maintain a good relationship.

· Promptly respond to customer queries.

· Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.

· Familiarize yourself with new products and services as they are introduced.

· Attend workshops and meetings as required.

· Respect client confidentiality.

Requirements

· Ability to build relationships with clients.

· Enjoys meeting new people and is comfortable conversing with people of diverse backgrounds and personality types.

· Flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.

· Superb written and verbal communication skills.

· Personable on the phone and face-to-face.

· Extremely organized.

· Dedicated to providing timely communication and answering questions--or seeking out the answers to those questions within 24 hours

· A positive team player who is driven to add value to the people and company you work with.

· Dependable, trustworthy, and reliable.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends when needed.
